Robert McGrew joined the FM Kitchens team in 2016, bringing with him a formidable reputation built over 32 years in the heavy civil and paving industry. Before joining our operation, Robert honed his expertise at industry leaders CW Matthews and APAC, where he developed a deep mastery of large-scale site preparation.

As our Grading Foreman, Robert specializes in the precision setup of subgrades for parking lots and complex fine grading applications. His role is foundational to the success of our projects; his meticulous attention to detail ensures that every surface is perfectly prepared before the first drop of asphalt or concrete is poured.
