John Helms is a NASCLA-certified General Contractor with over a decade of experience in commercial construction and government contracting. A proud veteran, John served as an Infantry Scout for the USMC 2nd LAR Battalion, completing deployments across Afghanistan, Haiti, Jordan, and Kuwait. He holds a B.A. from UNCW in Tourism Management with a focus on Public Municipality Management.
