Caleb Kicklighter brings a unique, "boots-on-the-ground" perspective to the preconstruction team. Joining FM Kitchens in 2022, Caleb’s career began as a Shop Foreman.

Seeking to broaden his technical expertise, he transitioned into the field, serving as an Equipment Operator and gaining vital experience on a Pipe Crew. This hands-on tenure provided him with a deep understanding of the complexities of site work and the practical realities of heavy civil construction.

Current Role

Now a key member of the estimating team, Caleb bridges the gap between digital plans and physical job sites. By leveraging his first-hand field experience, he is able to:

Accurately Interpret Plans: Visualizing how blueprints translate into actual field conditions to identify potential challenges before they arise.
Refine Take-Offs: Applying real-world production knowledge to provide highly precise material and labor estimates.
Optimize Project Planning: Utilizing his background as an operator to ensure that every estimate is grounded in operational feasibility.
